We choose a new region to highlight each month and put two dishes on special. 50% of the proceeds from those dishes sold go to a selected organization of the month.
Emilia Romagna is the region for June and 50% of the proceeds from the two special dishes will benefit flood victims through the National Italian American Foundation through Chicago Chefs Cook.

100 Layer Lasagna: Brisket Sugo, Besciamella, Parmigiano Reggiano
Cappelletti di Agnello in Brodo: Braised Lamb Shank, Mascarpone, Roasted Chicken Broth
